CrossState Leadership School

Invest in your future with a tailored learning experience in conjunction with Penn State Corporate Learning. Gain leadership skills and move your career forward in a fun, collaborative environment while learning from Penn State instructors and credit union peers.  

A unique combination of classroom learning and team building enables students to walk away with well-rounded leadership skills, ideas to enhance their credit union, and a network of peers. 

After completing their first year of each course, students are required to complete a project demonstrating the skills and knowledge they learned that will also benefit their credit union. Projects are evaluated by the CrossState Leadership School Advisory Committee. Outstanding projects are selected for presentation to the class participants the following year.
