Join the Emerging Leaders and 2024 CU Ambassador, Libby Rippel, for an update on their project, Leadership Legacy Planning – MSR to Manager on August 20 at 10 a.m.
Rippel’s project, focused on retention and recruitment, is setting out to create a program that bridges the talent gap between Member Service Representatives (MSRs) and leadership positions, without needing to leave their current positions.
Rippel’s retention program involves lectures, mock learning scenarios, hands-on experiences, guided career planning, and a mentor who will monitor progress and provide feedback. Ultimately, Rippel wants to expand learning paths to encompass all roles within the credit union, not just MSRs to Managers, and aspires for the program to become widely recognized as the go-to resource for leaders across various industries.
