Resilience is defined as your ability to “bounce back” from setbacks. As you aspire to grow your leadership role within your organization you’ll be regularly faced with highly complex scenarios and your ability to navigate newer and bigger challenges will require resilience. These challenging scenarios are Volatile, Complex, Uncertain and Ambiguous (VUCA) and these chaotic moments are where resilient leaders can shine. In this fun and interactive session, you’ll assess your own resilience and be given tools to build up your resilience muscles to better navigate the dynamic nature of work while becoming the leader others look to when VUCA challenges arise.
