Credit Union Political Action Committee
The Credit Union Political Action Committee (CUPAC) is the CrossState Credit Union Association’s state PAC. Its primary purpose is to support state candidates regardless of party affiliation.

Corporate Contributions must be sent directly to the CU Action Fund.
Contributions are strictly voluntary and are not deductible for state and federal tax purposes. You have the right to refuse to contribute without any reprisal. The suggested amount is only a suggestion. More or less than the suggested amount may be given. The amount given by the contributor or the refusal to give will not benefit or disadvantage the person being solicited. Corporate contributions are prohibited.
CUPAC Contribution Refund Policy
If you change your mind about contributing to the Association’s state PAC, CUPAC, for any reason, the Association will honor your decision, as long as you request a refund within 15 days of the date on which you made the contribution.
To request a refund please email accounting@crossstate.org. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution or by an organization check if the item was paid for with a check or cash.
