Political Action Committees
Advocating for Your Credit Union is Easier than You Think!
CrossState’s Political Action Committee supports credit union-friendly candidates for U.S. Congress, and has forged a strong partnership with the Credit Union National Association’s political action committee, CULAC, to ensure an environment in which credit unions can thrive and help their members and communities flourish.
How to Support the PAC
Contributions made by CrossState PAC are non-partisan—made to both Republican and Democratic candidates who share credit union interests. By participating in the PAC, you are sending a clear message to elected officials that credit unions are a united political force.
Individuals who are associated with a CrossState member credit union are eligible to participate in the CrossState PAC, as long as the credit union has signed a participation agreement. All contributions to CrossState PAC are voluntary and must be made with personal funds. CrossState PAC is prohibited by law from accepting contributions made with credit union or corporate funds. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
