Teller — Team First FCU

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a teller. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent mathematical abilities, and experience with cash register operations. As a teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and handling financial transactions.

Duties:

• Greet members and provide friendly and efficient service
• Process member transactions accurately
• Cross sell products and services to maximize member satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform retail math calculations accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures is preferred

Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
