Project Manager – Hidden River Credit Union

Hidden River Credit Union, a 220-million-dollar credit union located in Pottsville, PA, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for administering and managing planned and special projects for implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes project objectives.
• Plan and develop project solution concepts, identify goals, and scope, and create a project plan.
• Manage long- and short-term plans, determine targets for milestones.
• Work within deadlines scheduled and ensure deliverables are on time.
• Monitor financial plans and ensure the project remains within budget.
• Manage and allocate resources, track progress, and manage project scope.
• Delegate and assign project tasks to team members as may be required.
• Serve as primary contact for teams with multiple departments.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams assigned to project.
• Communicate with team members and report to senior management.
• Tests for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
• Maintain project documentation and adherence to compliance issues.
• Submit reports to senior management.
• Evaluate project performance and ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related work experience.  Or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Banking or financial institution experience, credit union experience preferred.
• Some supervisory experience.
