Part-Time Member Service Representative – Cross Valley FCU

Position: Part time member service representative (teller)

Rate: $16.00 hourly position

Job Role:  Responsible for handling member transactions, accurately and efficiently; educating members on Cross Valley’s products and services to provide them financial opportunity to enrich their lives while contributing to our positive work-place culture.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide top notch member service
• Process routine account transactions accurately
• Address member concerns with empathy
• Educate members on Cross Valley products and services
• Comply with all credit union policies and procedures

Experience: 

• Basic math, computer and cash-handling experience

Interpersonal Skills: 

• Communication, teamwork, time management
• Must be able to travel to other branches when needed
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
