General Summary
First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing & Business Development team in attracting, retaining, and expanding credit union members. The Marketing Coordinator will help lead the social media initiatives; create marketing materials for multiple channels; create, implement, and analyze marketing strategies to increase membership; help build targeted messages to entice members and non-members; and assist with external and internal communication projects.

Minimum Requirements
- Experienceusing social media including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, as a tool to grow business.
- Excellent writing skills with which to help create, develop, and implement marketing campaigns, as well as craft internal and external communications.
- Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills for interacting with members, vendors, and business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, dependent on Credit Union needs.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Photoshop, and Canva, and a willingness to learn industry specific programs as needed.
- Requires a college degree in marketing or communications and/or a minimum of 3-5 years of design and marketing experience within retail sales or financial institution.

Working Conditions
- Work will be conducted in a well-lighted and ventilated office setting.
- Must be able to travel to off-site locations, if needed, including, but not limited to, manufacturing facilities, general office environments, healthcare facilities, and outdoor venues.
- Sitting, standing, bending, and navigating stairwells and unconventional spaces required during working hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
