Full-Time Floating Teller (MSR) – NCFCU

We are seeking a Full-Time Floating Teller (MSR). This position will be located in New Cumberland, PA and require travel to our various branches. The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • The ability to interface at all levels of the organization and enjoys direct contact with members.
  • Attention to fine detail and work accurately with numbers.
  • Provide quality member service & maintain strict member confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
  • The ability to be bilingual is a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and be insured.

The primary functions of the position consist of the following:

  1. Provides quality member service in all aspects of the job description.
  2. Performs all functions associated with the operation and the security of the branches.
  3. Receives members in person and by phone, performs members’ transactions with accuracy and answers members’ questions with factual up to date information.
  4. Cross sell NCFCU products and services.
  5. Ability to travel to all branches when needed and perform teller transactions. When not needed, will be able to assist the call center in their daily functions.
  6. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and to adapt to sudden changes in daily routines and schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Cash Handling: 1 year (Required)
  • Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)
