Dr. Margaret Luciano, Associate Professor of Management and Organization at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University will be leading a communications group activity at CrossState Leadership School, August 5-8 in State College, PA.

The group activity is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve your communication and process management. By exploring communication dynamics from different perspectives, you will explore how to set your team members up for success. The session also covers strategies for process management to enable more efficient and effective completion of work.
