Prepared Remarks of FinCEN Acting Deputy Director During the ID Policy Forum 

Jimmy Kirby, Acting Deputy Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), delivered remarks earlier this week during the Identity Policy Forum.
