PA House Finance Committee Holds Hearing on Swipe Fee Legislation 

Today, the PA House Finance Committee will hold a hearing on swipe fee legislation. The legislation will exclude the sales tax portion of electronic transactions from interchange. 

CrossState joined the PA Bankers and PA Association of Community Bankers collective submitted a letter in opposition of the proposal.
