First Capital FCU Promotes Two Executives

First Capital FCU has recently promoted two executives, David Morse to SVP of Operations, and Tara Houser Minetos to SVP of Marketing. 

For the past 8 years, Morse has served as the Vice President of Operations overseeing the retail management function of the credit union, including branch operations, consumer, business, & mortgage lending, business services, digital services, and the member contact center.  

For the past 10 years, Houser Minetos has served as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development overseeing the Marketing and Business Development team at the credit union. She is responsible for developing marketing programs and initiatives that promote the credit union to current and potential members.
