Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and CrossState Credit Union Association Host Credit Union Roundtable
Credit union leaders recently had the opportunity to attend a roundtable discussion with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (Philadelphia Fed). Attendees were provided an economic update before the group discussed a variety of topics related to regional economic challenges and opportunities. Those topics include housing needs, general business and banking conditions, and labor force trends and workforce development.
The Philadelphia Fed has made a variety of resources available to credit unions and other interested parties:

In addition, the Philadelphia Fed offers teachers training programs aimed at equipping K – 12 teachers with the skills and knowledge to better teach their students about economics and personal finance. The Philadelphia Fed anticipates hosting additional roundtable discussion for credit unions. The feedback provided will deepen the Philadelphia Fed’s understanding of regional economies and inform future research and programming.
