Discuss the Evolution of Leadership at Leadership School 

Dr. Albert A. Vicere is Executive Education Professor of Strategic Leadership at the Smeal College of Business, The Pennsylvania State University, is leading a group session about the evolution of leadership at CrossState Leadership School, August 5-8 at State College, PA.

From AI to multi-generational teams, to hybrid job designs, to unheard of stress in the work environment—these and more changes make leadership today particularly challenging. In this group session, students will discuss the evolution of leadership—where it was, where it is, and where it is headed, giving you a chance to rethink your perspective on leadership and consider what you can do to be even more effective in a leadership role.
