CrossState’s 2024 CU Reality Check concludes this morning with two sessions from industry experts Sedric Brinson and Caroline Vahrenkamp.

After breakfast, Brinson got us started by discussing effective leadership strategies for navigating through change and uncertainty, and Vahrenkamp closed out with approaches to attracting and retaining Gen Z members.

Post-lunch yesterday, attendees learned about Generative AI from Saahil Kamath of Eltropy, explored strategies for succession with panelists Tamika Baker, Amanda Hoover, Jill McGlynn, Jamie Tromba, and moderator Libby Rippel, and discovered the importance of faster payments systems with Jim Olney from Alloya Corporate FCU.

Yesterday ended with the Cocktail Reception, sponsored by TruStage, where attendees tried the signature TruDrop Martini and networked with one another.

Thank you to all attendees who made this year’s CU Reality Check a great one. We look forward to seeing you implement what you learned and grow the relationships with your new friends and connections!
