CrossState Submits Letter to NCUA on Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Preservation Program and Retention Guidelines 

Yesterday, CrossState submitted a letter to the NCUA concerning an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the records preservation program and appendices, record retention guidelines, and catastrophic act preparedness guidelines.
