CrossState Responds to Junk Fees Senate Colleague Letter
A letter recently circulated by nine Senators to a state-chartered California credit union regarding their overdraft program and other fee policies, prompted a stiff response from CrossState. The letter, co-signed by Sen. Cory Booker (NJ-D), contained third-party data that unjustly painted the credit union as a bad actor in the financial services industry.
