CrossState Leadership School Wraps Up Today

CrossState Leadership School wrapped up today with a group session about leadership, led by Dr. Al Vicere and graduation celebration. CrossState congratulates the 16 credit union leaders who have graduated from our Leadership School this year.

This year, students learned about a variety of leadership topics, including creative problem solving, resiliency and stress management, connection and engagement, and HR strategies. Regardless of learning track, students came together for several experiences, including a 2024 CU Ambassador project update from Libby Rippel, an executive leadership panel, a State College Spikes baseball game, and more.

Yesterday, they explored and learned at Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center, where students took a break from the classroom and dived into activities that strengthened their team building, communication and problem-solving skills, and relationship building skills.
