CrossState Foundation Chair Collaborates with NJ Dept of Children and Families to Host Financial Reality Fairs 

CrossState Foundation’s Chair of the Board, Gary Chizmadia led three Financial Reality Fairs with the NJ Department of Children and Families this week across New Jersey. There were 180 teenagers from 11 schools that are a part of the NJ programs, Project Teach and Project TEC.

Thanks to the over 50 volunteers from NJ credit unions who came to guide these students on how to manage a budget and make decisions about their finances. We are grateful for the time and compassion our credit union employees share with the teens, and we hope the teens leave with hope for their futures.
