Honoring William M. Noble for pioneering credit union education, the William M. Noble Memorial Scholarship was created for credit union professionals to attend Fall Leadership Conference. CrossState Leadership School Memorial Scholarships were established in 1972 to honor the memory of all past Association Boards of Directors.
