CrossState Announces Board Directors for 2024-2026 Term
The CrossState Board of Directors conducted its 2024 board nominations from January 4 to February 1, and at a recent board meeting in Hershey, PA, accepted the slate of candidates presented by the CrossState Nominating Committee.
Three seats were open for election in 2024, one each from asset-based categories 1 and 2 in New Jersey and one from asset-based category 2 in Pennsylvania. All three incumbents were nominated and uncontested. According to the Association’s Rules for Election, if only one nominee stands for election in his/her respective category and state, that individual shall be determined the winner, and no balloting will occur.

- Category 2, (assets $50M-$250M) New Jersey— Jim Burns, CEO of Jersey Shore FCU
- Category 2, (assets $50M-$250M) Pennsylvania — Traci Donahue, CEO of Cross Valley FCU
