Attendees Talk Succession Planning, Fraud, and More at Fall Leadership Conference
Yesterday, CrossState welcomed over 140 attendees to Fall Leadership Conference in Seven Springs with Glenn Hopper’s opening session on the importance of understanding and even embracing AI. The evening networking opportunities brought friendly competition to the mountains during the Summer Send Off and Cornhole Tournament. Congratulations to Charlie Frederickson and Bob Mihalko from Stanwood Area FCU for bringing home their second consecutive cornhole win!
This morning, COO of HR Performance Solutions Paul Marston kicked off the sessions by providing insights on succession planning and talent development. Jonathan Holmes, Supervisory Special Agent, FBI, followed by presenting an FBI Fraud Update.
After lunch, attendees can network and make connections with solutions providers during S’more Solutions and join in on the discussions at the Credit Union Open Forum. Following dinner, attendees can try their luck at the CrossState Foundation’s Viva Las Vegas Nite.
Tomorrow, Fall Leadership Conference will wrap up with Financial Literacy Training presented by CrossState Solutions Senior Manager of Audit Services Greg Westwood and BSA Training presented by Senior Manager of Compliance Services Joanne Broderick.
