Affinity FCU Hosts Member Appreciation Week

Affinity Federal Credit Union (“Affinity”), a member-based, federally insured, full-service financial institution, is hosting its annual Member Appreciation Week from Nov. 6-10, 2023. This year’s celebration will focus on Affinity’s commitment to a holistic approach to wellbeing and providing support and services that positively impact all aspects of its members’ lives.

The week-long celebration will include digital and in-branch initiatives that encompass the five pillars of wellbeing, including financial, mental, physical, community and career. The events are free to all Affinity members.

Highlights from this year’s event schedule include:

  • An afternoon guided meditation with Juneve Yoga at the Flemington, New Jersey branch.
  • Interview tips, LinkedIn profile reviews and resume reviews at the Edison, New Jersey branch.
  • A blood drive in partnership with Robert Wood Johnson at the Basking Ridge, New Jersey headquarters.
  • A book signing and giveaway with financial wellness expert and best-selling author, Jason Vitug, for his recently released book “Happy Money Happy Life: A Multidimensional Approach to Health, Wealth, and Financial Freedom” at the Madison, New Jersey branch.
  • Credit counseling sessions with Navicore at the Edison, New Jersey, Hillsborough, New Jersey, and Norwalk, Conn. branches.

In addition to the Member Appreciation Week events, Affinity also launches its annual Member of the Year nomination process in November. Open to all members, the Member of the Year honor is awarded to three members across New Jersey, New York and Connecticut to celebrate involvement in their communities and dedication to financial wellbeing.
